Return & Refund Policy – Wonderland Lifestyle Nursery

At Wonderland Lifestyle Nursery, we want you to love what you grow. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

🌿 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for eligible items. To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

• Returns must be arranged and returned to us in-store or via courier (customer’s cost).

Please note:
Live plants, perishable goods (like compost, mulch, or fertilizers), and sale items are not eligible for return, unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

💸 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3–5 working days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• For damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

🚚 Exchanges

We offer exchanges on eligible non-perishable items within 7 days. Live plant exchanges are handled at our discretion and subject to availability and plant condition.
